柔性旋压是一种新型的无模、快速旋压成形工艺。本文分析了锥形件柔性旋压时出现质量问题的主要原因 ,并对内旋轮施加于毛坯上的夹紧力G、旋轮进给比f、外旋轮圆角半径γ0 等工艺参数对成形质量的影响进行了理论分析和试验研究 ,给出了避免产生成形质量问题的优化成形工艺参数范围

Flexible spinning is a new type of dieless and rapid spinning proess. The causes ofthe defects in flexible spinning of cones and the effects of the main processing parametens, such as the gripping force G applied to the blank by the inner roller, the feed rate of the rollers f and the roundness radius of the outer roller r o,on the forming quality are analyzed experimentally and theoretically, the range of the optimum processing parameters to avoid the defects is presented in this paper.
