重点研究了σ相对双相不锈钢低温超塑性的影响。针对σ相的转变特点 ,用 (96 0 ) -85 0℃的研究方法 ,探讨分析了σ相在双相不锈钢低温超塑性变形过程中的作用。实验研究表明 :双相不锈钢在低温超塑性变形过程中 ,σ相的比例明显增大 ,并且随着超塑性变形过程的不断进行而发生晶界滑移。σ相在超塑性变形过程中的作用表现为晶粒细化和内应力脆化的综合结果 ;σ相的出现对应变速率敏感性指数m值的影响不明显

The effect of σ phase on Superplasticity of duplex stainless steel in lower temperature has been studied. The role of σ phase in superplasticity of the steel in lower temperature has been discussed by means of (960)-850℃ reheating process. It can be shown by experiment that the proportion of σ phase in superplastic deformation of duplex stainless steel in lower temperature increased apparently. The grain boundaries sliding of σ phase occurred during superplastic deformation. The effects of σ phase on superplasticity of the steel in lower temperature are the integration of grain refinement and tension brittleness. The emergence of σ phase has little influence upon the m values.
