在Thermecmaster-Z型热加工模拟试验机上对TC6钛合金在温度 80 0~ 10 4 0℃、应变速率 10 - 3~ 5 0s- 1、最大变形程度 5 0 %条件下的高温变形行为进行了研究。研究结果表明合适的工艺参数范围为变形温度 92 0~ 95 0℃、应变速率 1 0~ 1× 10 - 3s- 1。在分析其变形温度、变形程度和应变速率对流动应力影响规律的基础上提出了一种本构关系回归模型

Hot compressive deformation of TC6 titanium alloy was carried out on the Thermecmaster\|Z Hot\|simulator over the range of deformation temperature from 800℃ to 1040℃, strain rate from 10 -3 s -1 to 50 s -1 ,and maximum deformation degree 50% The experimental results have shown that the optimal process parameters are the temperature of 920~950℃ and strain\|rate of 1 0~1×10 -3 s -1 After the effect of deformation temperature,strain and strain rate on flow stress were studied, a high precision constitutive equation based on the regressive analysis was presented
