边界单元法作为一种数值方法 ,具有降低维数、减小计算量及计算精度高等特点 ,非常适合于有塑性变形问题的分析。本文建立了刚塑性边界单元法 ,并用该方法计算了平板轧制中轧件的流动速度 ,验证了中性面的存在 ,从而证明该方法是有效的。

As a numerical method, BEM is superior in less calculating\|working and accurate prediction, so it is often used in analyzing plastic problem. In this paper, two dimensional rigid\|plastic boundary element method is presented, with which flow velocity of rolling\|piece in flat\|rolling is calculated and neutral surface is verified ,all these demonstrate the validity of BEM in rolling.
