汽车覆盖件成形同时包含大变形、 (粘 )塑性、接触、摩擦等多种非线性因素耦合 ,利用有限元法在计算机上模拟出板材从坯件到成品的全过程并加以图形显示 ,进而研究影响成形的各种因素 ,可以为板材成形的设计和生产提供可靠的依据。本文主要介绍有限元数值模拟技术的现状 ,并讨论了其在汽车覆盖件设计和制造上的应用

The sheet forming of automotive panel is complicated due to the simultaneous existence of high order nonlinear ties of geometry, materials, contact and friction. The finite element numerical simulation can investigate this complicated processes of sheet forming; Useful information can be obtained for the design and manufacturing of the sheet forming. In this paper, the actuality of the finite element numerical simulation technology is introduced, and the application of the finite element numerical simulation technology in the design and manufacturing of automotive panel is discussed.
