为减少大型锻件由于孔隙性缺陷导致的报废 ,本文使用物理模拟方法 ,研究了大型锻件内部孔隙性缺陷修复的可靠性及其修复的规律。研究证明孔隙性缺陷在高温下可以完全自修复 ,并且缺陷修复取决于缺陷状态值 ,当缺陷状态值小于此缺陷的修复临界状态值时 ,修复过程才能进行。完成缺陷完全自修复需要一定的时间。上述规律能够用于指导修复大型锻件中的孔隙性缺陷

In order to reduce the waste of internal cavities defect,the recovering law and reliability of internal cavities defect in heavy forging were investigated by using modeling method.Defect could be completely recovered and the procedure of recovering was determined by the status value of defect.The recovering process was carried on under the condition of the status value less than the critical status value of recovering.It needed some time to recover defect.The law could be utilized to recover the internal cavity\|type defect in heavy forging.
