纳米3Y-TZP陶瓷薄板超塑性成形研究

摘要:
采用化学沉淀法制备了纳米级 3Y TZP粉体 ,制得了粒径尺寸为 8~ 16nm ,少团聚的粉体。热压烧结得到相对密度为 97% ,晶粒尺寸为 10 0nm~ 2 5 0nm的 3Y TZP陶瓷片。通过研究成形温度对成形性能的影响 ,最终采用超塑成形工艺制出了半球形陶瓷零件
Y\|TZP nano powders were synthesized by chemical precipitation Then, weakly agglomerated powders of 3Y\|TZP with grain size of 8~16nm was obtained After hot pressing, ceramic discs which relative density is 97% and grain size is 100nm~250nm were obtained The influence of forming temperature on the formability of nano ceramic discs has been studied Hemispherical caps of nano ceramic were made by superplastic forming processing finally
