利用CAE软件MSC MARC对公称力为 4 0 0 0kN螺旋压力机的整体铸钢机身进行了工作状态仿真 ,得出其应力及变形结果 ,并以此为基础进行了结构优化改进 ,研究了机身结构对机身强度和刚度的影响 ,其研究结果对重型机械机身优化设计有着重要意义。

By using CAE software MSC MARC,the working character of 4000kN\|screw press straight\|side cast\|steel frame is numerically simulated, and the stress and displacement of frame are achieved. Based on it, the frame structure is optimized, and its influence on strength and stiffness is studied.The results are significant for optimal design of heavy machine frames.
