法兰盘模锻成形的关键是保证坯料充满整个型腔 ,模具结构参数对金属流动的影响较大 ,采用 3~ 5节点轴对称弹塑性有限元程序 ,对带有薄法兰的轴承座的模锻过程进行了模拟计算 ,从而选择出模锻成形的最佳参数

The important thing of bearing flange plate die forging process is assuring that the metal can occupy all the volume. The forging parameter can make subtle influence to the metal moving. By using the 3~5 nodes elastic-plastic symmetric FEM program, the forging process of bearing flange plate with thin side is simulated, the optimum parameter is presented.
