根据齿圈压板精密冲裁变形区受三向压应力作用的特点 ,理论上分析了静水压应力对金属材料塑性的影响 ;同时 ,分别用点的应力状态求极值和滑移线场法证明了静水压应力和齿形角的关系 ,结果表明 :两种方法结论一致 ,为精冲变形区的力能分析提供了多种途径。

According to the feature of the deformation zone in ring gear gag precision blanking,the effect of hydrostatics stress on metal plastic is analyzed in the theory.At the same time,the relation of hydrostatic pressure to dentation angle is proved by the method of extremum and slipping field.The results of the two approaches are accordant,which provides various methods on energetic analysis of precision blanking deformation zone.
