利用塑性稳定性分析理论研究了内高压成形工艺中出现的塑性屈曲失效力学行为。结果表明在一定的范围内 ,随着内压的增加 ,轴向临界屈曲载荷随着递增 ,为内高压成形工艺提供了理论保证 ;同时在不同的比例加载关系下 ,周向屈曲波数不尽相同 ,而且可能出现轴向临界屈曲载荷的“跳跃”现象 ,该现象的本质含义有待于深入研究

The plastic buckling, an ineffective mechanic behavior in internal high pressure forming, was studied by using the theory of plastic stability The results show that the critical buckling axial load will increase with the enhancement of the inner pressure, which provide the theoretical guarantee for internal high pressure forming And a "jumping" phenomenon, worthy of further investigations, will probably occur with different circumferential buckling waves under different proportional loading factors
