在分析了楔横轧加工工艺特点的基础上建立了模拟楔横轧过程的计算机系统模型 ,用有限元对板式楔横轧变形过程进行了三维数值模拟 ,成功地实现了楔横轧楔入段、展宽段、精整段全过程的计算机模拟 ,得到了不同变形条件下变形区的形状 ,变形过程中的应力场、应变场和变形载荷等重要信息

In this paper, the computer system model has been established basing on the analysis of the trait of cross wedge rolling(CWR) process.The three dimension FEM numerical simulation of flat wedge CWR deformation process including indenting,out rolling and shaping phases has been completed. The important information concerned with deformation area characteristic,stress field, strain field and the tool force distribution under different conditions has been gained.
