摘要：

在相似理论的基础上 ,把汽车覆盖件成形的物理模拟和数值模拟结合起来加以研究。论述了物理模拟的主要过程和具体实验装置与实验步骤 ,提出在计算机仿真过程中用快速建模方法实现有限元建模 ,并将物理模拟和数值模拟的结果进行了对比 ,以确保实验数据的可靠性 ,为实际生产实践提供有效的理论指导

On the foundation of similarity theory physic and computer simulation are combined to study the rules of metal sheet forming process The paper discusses the main process of sheet forming physic simulation,experimental equipment and steps,and explains how to realize rapid FEM modeling in computer simulation of sheet forming At last the results of physic and computer simulation are compared to assure the creditability of experimental data and provide effective direction
