基于数值仿真、物理仿真和专家经验知识构造了锻造缺陷原因矩阵 ,阐明了锻造缺陷与产生缺陷的原因之间的内在关系。根据该矩阵并基于人工神经网络理论建立了锻造缺陷智能诊断与咨询系统。该系统具有诊断与咨询两大功能 ,可对CAE中出现的缺陷给出解释 ,辅助设计师做到无缺陷设计。

In this paper,the Defect\|Cause Matrix for forging,presenting the relationship between defects and possible causes,is constructed based on numerical simulation,physical simulation and expert experience and knowledge.According to this matrix and based on the theory of artificial neural networks,an intelligent diagnostic and consulting system for forging defects is established,which can give an explanation for the defects occurring during CAE,and aid a designer to design products without defects.
