采用弹性有限元法对80MN挤压机用大型扁挤压筒的结构与尺寸进行了初步设计,获得了能满足强度条件的基本尺寸和相对热装过盈量范围:扁挤压筒采用三层过盈配合结构形式,整体外径1800mm,长1600mm;内孔宽度650~700mm,高度240~250mm;内层套的外径880~950mm,中层套的外径1300~1500mm;各层相对热装过盈量为2.0~2.6‰

The structure,principal sizes and shrink ranges of multilayer flat container for 80MN extrusion press are determined by elastic FEM analysis.The container consists of three layers,and the suitable principal structure sizes are as follows:the outer diameter and the length of the whole container are 1800mm and 1600mm,respectively;hole size is 650 ̄700mm in major axis and 240 ̄250mm in minor axis;the outer diameters of inner and middle layer are 880 ̄950mm and 1300 ̄1500mm,respectively.The shrink range is in the range of 2026.
