摘要：

将密栅云纹法引入齿轮精锻研究， 根据直齿圆柱齿轮冲挤精锻终了阶段锻件分流面的云纹图像导出位移速度场， 获得了相应的变形规律， 为进一步研究应变分布提供了依据。

Moire Method is introduced to analysis precision forging of spur gear in this paper.Based on the moire pictures of the divide flow surface of the forging piece gained from experiment of punching extrusion precision forging of spur gear,the movement velocity field and the deformation regularities are obtained.It can be available for reference in future researches on the strain distribution concerned.
