摘要:

温锻精密成形技术是新近发展起来的一种金属塑性加工技术 ,由于该工艺在技术、经济效益上的优越性 ,当前在制造业特别是汽车工业中得到了广泛应用 ,但其成形机理还有待进一步深入研究。本文总结了温锻精密成形技术的研究和应用情况 ,分析了建立该成形过程的三维塑性有限元模型的必要性和可行性 ,探讨了利用实验研究和数值模拟方法研究这一成形过程的方向和途径 ,并运用三维有限元分析了极爪零件的温锻成形工步 ,模拟结果可指导该零件的成形工艺和模具设计。

Warm forging is a new process used for manufacturing complex high quality components.It has been used widely in automotive industry for its efficiency and precision,but the mechanism of this process has not been intensively studied.In this paper,the key technologies of the process is discussed,a FEM model of the process is established based on DEFORM 3D,and a typical warm forging process is analyzed with 3 D FEM.The result of the simulation is instructive to the process parameters' selection and the die design.
