对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢进行了组织超塑性研究。结果表明:经1040℃二次循环淬火处理后的W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢,在变形温度为780℃~815℃、ε0=2.0~5.5×10-4s-1的试验条件下可实现超塑性;并在810℃、ε0=3.33×10-4s-1的最佳变形条件下,该钢的超塑延伸率可达192%,最大流变应力为58.2MPa,应变速率敏感性指数为0.27。

In this paper, the structural superplasticity of the W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel wasstudied. The results showed that after it was treated by 1040℃, 2 times circular quenching, the struc-tural superplasticity could be reached under conditions of (2. 0~5. 5) × 10-4s-1 and temperature of 780~815℃. The superplastic elongation of this steel could be reached 192%, the maximum flow stress wasonly 58. 2 MPa and strain rate sensistivity (m) was 0. 27 under the optimum conditions of tensile testwith ε0= 3. 33 × 10-4s -1, 810 ℃.
