级进模结构CAD系统中“自顶向下”设计方法的研究

摘要:
模具结构设计是一个面向模具整体功能的装配设计过程,建立“自顶向下”的设计流程是提高结构CAD效率的根本途径,提出了一个支持“自顶向下”模具结构设计的“装配模型”,在分析了级进模结构特点之后,本文介绍级进模结构CAD系统HProDie中“自顶向下”设计方法的实现过程。
From the point view of author, structure design for die is an assembly design for the function of die. Building the “Top To Down” sequence for it is the best way to improve the efficiency of the structure CAD. An assembly model that fits to the “Top To Down”sequence of the structure design for the progressive dies is proposed. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the structure of the progressive dies, a “Top To Down” design sequence that has been realized in the HPro Die system is also described in this paper.
