对圆孔变薄翻边工艺受力情况和变形性质进行了分析，通过实例介绍了两种变薄翻边的计算方法，即：功平衡法和滑移线法。

In this paper,state of stress and deformation nature of round hole thinning burring process are analysed.Two calculation methods is introduced through living example,i.e.work equilibrium method and slip line field method.
