超塑成形/扩散连接复合工艺过程数值模拟中新的接触检测算法

摘要：

通常采用的接触检测算法包括整体检测和局部检测两个过程，检测过程较复杂，因而本文提出三维接触检测的一步算法，该算法易于实现，并有较高的计算效率和计算的可靠性。文中将新的算法应用到超塑成形／扩散连接模拟的有限元软件之中，从模拟结果看出该算法是可行的。

In this paper the one step algorithm for 3 D contact checking is presented which is feasible to achieve and with higher calculating efficiency and reliability than other algorithms which usually include two processes: global searching and local searching. The simulation results show the new algorithm is accessible when it was applied in the simulation of the process of SPF/DB technology.
