对叶片锻造变形过程采用步进方式进行计算机模拟,确定了预锻坯料的合理尺寸、断面形状及其在模腔中的最佳放置位置,并用实验对模拟计算结果进行了验证。

By computer-aided simulation of the bladeforging processes, a suitable semifinished shape of the blank is obtained, and the optimum location of the blank on the die cavity is determined. Finaly a simulating experiment has been done to test and verify the results of the calculation.
