本文根据Hart的稳定性准则导出了一个不等式,以表示超塑材料拉伸时细颈扩散和转移的应变速率条件。据此,从另一个角度解释了在Ⅱ区能获得,而在Ⅰ、Ⅲ区则不能获得大延伸率的原因。此外,还对变形程度和加载方式的影响,作了简要的分析。

According to the Hart's stability criterion an inequality which expresses the strain rate condition for diffusion and transfer of neck in tension of superplastic materials was derived in this paper. Based on it, why a large elongation can be obtained in the region Ⅱ and can not in the regions Ⅰ and Ⅲ may be explained from another side. Besides, the influence of the amount of deformation and mode of loading was analyzed briefly.
