盒形件冲压成形的有限元模拟与工艺计算

本文开发了用于分析板料成形的刚塑性有限元程序,并利用该程序研究了盒形件拉深变形特点和运动特点,提出了用刚塑性有限元法确定盒形件一次拉深毛坯形状和多次拉深过渡形状的方法,并根据有限元计算的结果给出了高盒形件多次拉深时合理壁间距的取值范围。

In this paper, a rigid-plastic FEM program is developed for modelling sheet metal forming processes. The deformation characteristics and flow pattern are studied using this program. The authors presented the method to determine blank shape for first drawing and redrawing of square cups. The range of appropriate wall distance for redrawing is also given based on FEW analysis.
