本文采用有限元法研究了反挤压凸模的应力分布,确定了在简单压缩条件下影响冲头失效的应力因素。并对组合式凸模的应力分布进行了分析,认为在简单压缩条件下,组合式凸模较整体凸模有较大的优越性。

in this paper, the finite element method was used to study stress distribution in backextrusion punches and stress factors affecting failure of such punches under simple compression con-dition were determined. At the same time, stress distribution in built-up punches was analyzed, andbuilt-up punches under simple compression condition were admitted to have a higher superioritythan those made in one piece.
