液压缸法兰应力集中的研究

摘要：

本文首次提出了液压缸法兰过渡区弯曲应力集中系数与圆角半径相对比的概念，并导出了弯曲应力集中系数的力学公式；从理论上阐明了圆角半径相对比Ｋ的合理取值范围，并在此基础上导出了便于工程应用的轴向应力计算公式。本文对液压缸的设计及其理论研究具有重要意义。

This paper presents conceptions: coefficient of bent stress concentration at transitionpart of hydro-cylinder flange; relative ratio of circular bead radius for the first time. This paper infersmechanical calculating formula of confficient of bent stress concentration; clarifies reasonable valueextent of relative ratio of circular bead radius at theory and at this foundation infers a axial stresscalulated formula for engineering application. This paper is of great importance for hydro-cylinder de-signing and its theory study.
