本文分析了位移边界条件对板料压边变形的作用及在模拟过程的地位,提出了一种“自动判断接触及施加位移”的方法,并用此方法作了模拟分析和结果验证。

in this paper,the action and importance of displacement boundary condition during theblank holding stage were analyzed. In the finite element simulation, the method of automatic judgingcontact and loading displacement was presented to determinate the displacement boundary condition. Us-ing this method, the author caculated the sheet metal deforination during the blank holding stage and got the result which agreed well with the expenment.
