液压锤振动分析及隔振器设计

本文用ITD法对2.5t·m液压锤进行了实验模态分析,识别出了液压锤的二自由度阻尼振动的力学模型。基于这一模型,用状态空间法求出了液压锤基础振动的位移、速度、加速度以及液压锤锤身微升所用的拉杆所受的动态力。根据上述计算结果给出了液压锤隔振垫层的合理刚度系数,并制成橡胶隔振器应用于实际生产中。现场实测结果表明,安装新的隔振器后,锤基础的振动加速度比原来减少44%。

The model Anal(?)sis of 2.5 t.m Pneumato-Hydraulic Power Hammer (PHPH in short) are given in this Paper. Two-degree-of-freedom model is identified. The distances, Veiocities and accelerations of PHPH are Rotten with this model, also the dynamic forces of fundation and ruber paddings. The reasonable stiffness of ruber padding is presented. It is than used to design a cost-effective Vibration isolator. The measured results show that the acceleration of foundation is cut up to 44% by using this Isolator.
