使圆杆端部在倾斜压模之间受压而发生大塑性变形情况下的塑性变形力问题,目前尚未见有经典的理论解。本文对这种形式的塑性变形在几何形状和表面法向应力分布两个方面做了适当简化,建立了相应的力学模型。在此基础上,运用主应力法和Tresca屈服条件给出了该塑性变形力的解,并推荐一种便于工程计算的简化方法。图5。参考文献4。

Till now the classical theory solution of the force for the plastic deformation of one end of round bar between the dies with dip angle has not been seen. For this deformation (?) did some suitable simplifications in the two aspects on the geometry and the distribution of the surface normal stress, and established a mechanical model. On this mechanical model (?) made use of principal stress method and Tresca yield condition to give a solution for this deformation and recommended a simplification method which can be used for engineering calculation convenintly.
