利用优化方法对拉深凹模成形曲面进行研究,建立含有工件稳定条件为约束的优化模型。其优化解可以避免工件起皱,保证具有最小的F_(max)和得到最大的拉深比。

The die profile on the drawing parformance is investigated by optimization the optimization model based on the critical condition of wrinking is established the optimization solution can avoil the accurence of wrinking and assure the Smallest F_(max) and the biggest deep-drawing ratio.
