本文研究变形条件对Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al等温锻造流动性、流动应力、锻件机械性能和模具寿命的影响。在实验数据及其优化基础上,得到一系列回归方程式,编制了一套计算机程序,借以在其它条件已知的情况下,迅速确定最佳变形条件。最后应用于确定强五飞机Ti-1023机翼接头的等温锻造最佳变形条件,验证了程序的有效性。
