本文论述了螺旋压力机闭式模锻时,设备与模具工参之间的相关性。据此,提出了运用相关算法设计螺旋压力机闭式锻模的方法。其要点是:先求设备吨位与模具参数的相关系数,如果相关,则着手找描述其关系的数模,利用该数模编程并运行之。即可得到设计模具用的参数。

The paper deals with the relativity between the screw press equipment and die parameter in the case of closed forging die for friction screw press, thus propo sing a new method for its design by means of relational algorithm. The principal process is as follows:The relativity between the equipment tonnage and forging die parameter is firstly calculated, and then find the mathematical model for its relativity,and finally the parameter for the die design is obtained by using mathematical model for programming and its operation.
