飞壳内棘齿冷挤压成形工艺设计及数值模拟分析

摘要:
探讨自行车飞壳内棘齿的冷挤压成形问题。采用正交试验设计方法和有限元数值模拟软件Deform-3D对内棘齿的冷挤压成形工艺方案进行了设计和模拟,确定飞壳内棘齿成形的冷挤压工艺方案。得到的内棘齿齿部成形饱满,齿的端部塌角较小,满足挤压件的精度要求。获得了内棘齿冷挤压成形过程中的应力应变分布规律、金属流动规律和载荷-行程曲线,为工艺参数的选择和模具设计提供了详细的技术信息。
The problem of cold extrusion for inner ratchets of bicycle's flywheel was discussed. The orthogonal experiment design method and FEM numerical simulation software Deform-3D were used to design and simulate the cold extrusion process of inner ratchets and confirm the cold extrusion process. The top of tooth gained was filled fully,the end of tooth only had small rollover,and the precision of inner ratchet was satisfied. The distribution law of stress and strain,metal flowing law and load-stroke curve were obtained during the course of the inner ratchets' cold extrusion,which offered detailed technique information for parameter's selection and mould design.
