运用基于任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)有限元法的专用模拟软件HyperXtrude对一空心铝合金型材挤压过程进行稳态模拟,获得挤压稳态阶段金属流动的速度场、温度场、应变速率场和应力场的分布规律,并对模拟结果与实际的试模情况进行了对比分析,二者变形趋势基本吻合,证明该方法可以预测实际挤压过程中可能出现的潜在缺陷,为工艺参数的选择和模具设计提供了理论依据。

Using the HyperXtrude module based on the Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE) finite element method,steady-state simulation on the extrusion process of the hollow aluminum profile was presented.The field distributions of velocity,temperature,strain rate and stress of metal flow were obtained,and they were basically consistent with the producing test.It confirms that this method may successfully predict the potential defects occurring in the actual extrusion process and provide the theoretical basis for process parameters selection and die design.
