对特大型船用曲轴曲柄的弯曲锻造过程进行热力耦合数值模拟,并与现有文献进行了对比验算。结果表明:所建立的数值模型与实际试验结果比较吻合。在此基础上,针对曲柄弯锻过程中的典型缺陷,采用基于监控技术的约束变尺度法优化程序OPTIII,将ANSYS/LSDYNA作为有限元子程序调用,对曲柄弯曲锻造所用毛坯形状进行了优化计算,以搞清曲柄弯曲锻造的成形机理并获得合理形状的毛坯。最后,进行了工艺试验,试验结果与数值模拟结果比较吻合。

The bending forging process was studied for large-scale crankshafts.The results from the numerical computation were compared with those from an available document.Aiming at the typical defection produced by the bending forging process,an optimization program,i.e.,OPTIII,which was developed based on the constrained variational dimension method,was used to implement the shape optimization for the billet.Herein,ANSYS/LSDYNA was called as a subroutine.Finally,the experimental testing was carried out.The results between the simulation and the testing agreed very well.
