采用有限元分析软件MSC.MARC对锥形件单道次拉深旋压过程进行数值模拟,并且对其应力应变分布规律进行了研究,重点研究了旋轮进给比以及毛坯厚径比对板材成形质量的影响,分析了起皱、减薄、回弹现象产生的原因以及容易出现这些缺陷的部位。模拟及试验结果表明,与锥形件普通拉深成形相类似,口部(即成形过程中的坯料凸缘)和侧壁中下部靠近圆角处是锥形件单道次拉深旋压过程中易分别产生起皱和破裂的部位,应特别予以关注。

The process of one-path deep drawing spinning for the conical part was simulated by the finite element software,MSC.MARC,and the stress-strain distribution was studied.The influences of feed rate of the roller and the ratio of thickness to diameter of the blank on the forming quality were mainly investigated.The causes of the forming defects,such as wrinkling,thinning and springback,and the defect position were analyzed.Both the simulation and experiment results show that wrinkling and thinning occur easily in the mouth region(the blank flange during the forming process) and the lower region of wall near the fillet of the conical part,which is similar to the general deep drawing of conical part and should be paid close attention to.
