自动冲压生产线是由多台压力机串联组成,以带有真空吸盘的端拾器在工位间自动传递工件。本文分析了自动冲压线各部件的运动规律,提取相关数据构建具有等效运动的凸轮,以分段函数定义运动时序关系,建立了虚拟运动模型。对汽车行李箱外板模具进行了运动仿真,检查运动干涉情况,仿真结果与实际相符,实现了预期的目标。

Automatic press line consists of linking presses and crossbars with vacuum chucks for transferring workpieces between stations.The motion characteristics of automatic press line were analyzed,and corresponding data were extracted and used to create the cams with equivalent motion,and piecewise functions were adopted to define the relationship of time sequences between motions,which constructed the modeling of motion.A case of trunk lid outer panel was used to test the motion modeling,and the result accords with real situation,which realizes the expected target.
