基于有限元模拟的板料冲压专家系统

摘要:
本文用BP模型对板料冲压的FEM结果产生的样本组织训练,进而在此基础上,对拉深极限作出正确判断,建立了相应的专家系统。
The samples obtained by FEM simulation for deep-drawing process have been trained based on the BP neural network.An expert system,which takes the weight matrix of the networks as its knowledge base and can analyse the stress limit correctly,has been developed.
