本文在分析了液压缸法兰过渡部分的应力状态基础上,提出了一种新的力学模型及其强度计算公式,最后进行了有限元验证并取得了一致性结论。本文方法可以作为液压缸工程设计的理论依据。

Analysed the stress state of the trasition part of flange, a new kind of mechanical model and its calculated formula of strength are presented in this paper, then is tested by finite element method, and reachs complete indentity of conclusion. This way can provide the theory basis for hydro-cylinder designing.
