<正> 圆坏压缩试验法是目前广泛地用来研究锻压时润滑效果的一种方法。它可以在接近工作的条件下定量地测定摩擦系数。我所于1978年初,结合几种润滑剂的研究,采用该法使用计算机计算得出了评价摩擦系数的结果,并绘制了比较精确的理论标定曲线。一、圆环压缩试验的理论分析结果在1964年Avitzur(阿维楚)首先发表了圆环压缩时考虑二端面摩擦影响的理想数学解论文[2]。这篇论文是国內一些单位[7、8]所引用的公式来源。之所以称为理想数学解是因为计算时作

The aim of this investigation is to obtain the accurate calibration curves for Determining friction from the Hot Ring Compression test. However, some errors have been found in comparison fo the theoretical computer solutions to the practical ringtest results. A corrective method is adopted.
