连续铸挤Castex是有色金属型材加工有广泛应用前景的新工艺。本文应用滑移线场理论对变形过程的力能特性、参数优化进行了数值计算和分析,并与试验实测数据进行了比较,二者符合较好。

Castex is a perspective new process. Numerical analysis of deformation feature by slip line field method was carried out. Stress distribution and load were calculated. Results show in a good agreement with experiments.
