分析了旋压成形工艺,总结了旋轮的工作状态和失效形式;分析了旋轮用钢的选取、热处理方案制定、旋轮形状优化的一般原则,并给出了相应的建议;采用有限元方法对旋轮进行了静力分析,获得了旋轮的应力分布规律,揭示了旋轮断裂的路径;结合生产中旋轮的断裂实例,将理论研究应用于裂纹分析,成功解释了裂纹的起源和扩展路径。研究表明,为获得高性价比的旋轮,需在理论研究的基础上综合考虑多方面的关键技术问题。

The spinning process was analyzed,and the working condition and failure mode of roller were concluded.The general principle of selection material,heat treatment plan and shape optimization of roller was analyzed,and the relative suggestion was given.The roller in static condition was analyzed by finite element method and the stress distribution was obtained.The fracture path of roller was revealed further.According to the fractured roller,the origin and propagation path of crack were analyzed sucessfully with introduced theoretical research.The results show that some key technical matters shall be considered comprehensively based on theoretical research for obtaining high cost performance roller.
