以承载盘拉深级进模为例,设计了拉深件级进模3种载体结构,无切口结构、切废料结构和切缝结构,采用有限元分析软件dynaform对这3种载体设计进行了成形性模拟分析,并获得各工步的步距值和载体变形情况。模拟结果显示:切缝结构载体对条料的送进步距影响小,载体变形小,送进精度高,能提高拉深件的质量和模具的生产效率。

Taking the drawing progressive die of load cell as an example,designed three kinds of drawing progressive die carriers of non-incision structure,cutting waste structure and cutting structure were designed,and the process of these three kinds of carriers were simulated by finite element analysis software of dynaform to obtain every pitch and deformation of carriers. Simulation results show that cutting structure plays small influences on the pitch and deformation of carriers,but improves the precision of feeding,the drawing quality and the mould efficiency.
