基于Abaqus软件二次开发技术筒形件旋压过程研究

摘要:
应用Python环境下Abaqus二次开发的自动化技术,试图解决多道次旋压成形筒形件的有限元模型自动生成这个问题。通过有限元模型的参数化设计,确定了这些参数的编程方式及其有限元模拟分析的应用程序。以Ti-50A筒形件为算例,实现了多道次旋压成形的有限元模型参数化。包括建模、确定材料参数、截面属性、加载条件、确定接触、计算及其后处理直至生成完整的数据报表。
Based on Abaqus secondary development automation technology under the Python application environment,the problem of the automatically establishment of the multi-spinning cylinder part finite element model was attempt to be solved. The parameters of programming method and its finite element analysis simulation applications were determined by parametric designing for the finite element model. Taking Ti-50A cup-shaped pieces as an example,parameterizing a multi-spinning finite element model was achieved including modeling,determining the parameters of materials,property section load,contact conditions,computing and the subsequent processing to generate the data report.
