借助非线性有限元接触理论,在分析定宽机运动特性和板坯侧压过程臼头臼座受力状况的基础上,建立了臼头臼座接触的有限元模型。以测试的最大轧制力为有限元模型的力边界条件,计算了臼头臼座接触区域内节点应力场的分布,获得了应力峰值和其发生的位置。研究结果表明:接触应力峰值为89.68MPa,在其许用范围之内。该研究成果对于进一步发掘1580SSP轧机的潜力和了解关键零部件的受力状态提供了理论依据,对现场人员了解臼头臼座的工作状态和发挥设备的潜力提供了参考。

Based on stress status of incomplete spherical joints during slab side pressing for sizing press mill, the contact finite element model was established by non-linear finite element contact theory. The maximal testing rolling force was taken as force boundary condition of the finite element model. It can obtain the stress peaks and its location through calculating the distribution of stress field. The results show that peak value of contact stress is 89.68 MPa and within the scope of safety. The research results can provide reference for understanding the working state of incomplete spherical joints and exploiting the equipment potential for site staff.
