数值模拟技术已广泛应用到回弹预测研究中,但大量分析结果中存在许多隐含知识,目前还缺乏有效的方法对其进行深层次的归纳分析,从而造成了知识的浪费。本文针对铝合金U形件,结合变压边力技术对回弹量进行了大量的数值模拟实验,提出了一种基于粗糙集的工艺知识发现技术,并通过具体算例验证了方法的有效性,从大量实验数据中得到了冲压回弹的隐含知识。

Numerical simulation technology has been widely applied to study in the springback forecast, much implicit knowledge in a lot of analysis results lacks an effective method to be analyzed and concluded in deeply, so a lot of knowledge is wasted. Combined with variable BHF, springback of aluminum alloy U-shaped workpiece was extensivly studied. Knowledge discovery technology based on a rough set was proposed, the validity of this method was proved through specific calculation, hidden knowledge of stamping springback was gained to form a lot of experimental data.
