K.Kondo的分流成形建议经近几年的实验研究,已经被认为是一种可接受的概念。本文基于已有的工作,根据极值原理提出了一个分析模型并建立了相应的数值计算的分析程序,通过数值求解,可对毛坯进行优化,从而确定最佳工艺参数和所需设备的吨位,数值计算的结果与实验值吻合较好,单位工作压力约为材料屈服应力的4~6倍,这对于齿形零件精锻成形技术的应用具有一定的工程参考价值。

The k.kondo's divided flow proposal has been recognized as a acceptable idea. Based on the previous works and with use of the limit analysis, this paper proposed an new analysis model and a program. In terms of the program, the omptimum blanks shap would be confirmed. The comparisions show that calculation is in good agreement with experimental results. The working pressure is about four to six times of the yield stress of working materials.
