针对目前精密冲裁模设计过程中工作量大、修改不方便、结构不合理、不支持干涉检查等问题,研究开发了基于SolidWorks的三维精密冲裁模具CAD系统。论述了基于SolidWorks的精密冲裁模CAD系统开发方法和系统开发过程中的关键技术,包括参数化建模技术、基于设计表的模具标准件库管理技术和基于知识的冲压工艺及模具设计方法等。建立了精密冲裁模具CAD系统的总体结构,并通过实例验证了系统的实用性和先进性。

Aim at some problems of the traditional methods occurred during fine-blanking die design, such as heavy workload, difficulty of design modification, inconsequeence die structure and no support for interference check, a three-dimensional CAD system for fine-blanking dies based on SolidWorks was developed. The systematic developing method and some key technologies for CAD system of fine-blanking dies were presented, including parametric modeling, design table-based standard parts library managerment and knowledge-based stamping process planning and die structure design. The overall structure of developed CAD system was established, and the practicality and advancement of developed CAD system for fine-blanking dies were proved by some examples.
