双点传动的压力机同步性是影响压力机精度的主要原因,而曲柄转角相位差、曲柄半径误差、连杆长度误差对压力机的同步性影响最大。本文通过数学计算推导出以上主要误差所造成的滑块位移差的计算公式,求出滑块位移差的最大值,并对计算结果进行了分析。该结果为双点压力机同步的调整提供了理论依据。

The synchronism of double-point driving press is the main reason that affects the press′s precision,also the phase deviation of the crank angle,the radius deviation of the crank and the length deviation of the connecting rod affect the press′s synchronism severely.The mathematical calculation was used to deduce the calculating formula of the slide-displacement deviation caused by the main deviations mentioned above and the max value of the slide-displacement.The calculating results were analyzed.Thus the results provide the theoretical basis for adjusting the synchronism of the double-point driving press.
