压力机与开关磁阻电机刚性传动的连接分析

开关磁阻电机刚性连接压力机执行机构时有过载情况发生。在分析打击瞬时螺旋压力机螺杆扭矩的基础上,提出等强度原则,推出了电机轴侧的扭矩及过载倍数的计算公式,并给出了过载数据。提出解决过载问题的措施,是在刚性传动时增设摩擦安全联接装置,能有效避免电机轴过载。结论对开关磁阻电机驱动的压力机设计具有重要意义。

The overload cases often occurred when rigid connection was between switched reluctance motor and executing parts on the presses.On the basis of analyzing the torque of screw rods on screw press in attacking moment,the equal strength principle was put forward.The calculating formula of the torque and the overload multiple of motor shaft was derived.The overload data were given.The solution for the question about motor shaft fracture was introduced.It was explained that the additional secure friction connection could avoid overload effectively when the motor shaft was rigidly connected.The conclusion has the vital significance to the design of the press driven by switched reluctance motor.
